As you know I have endless fascination and affection for ocean life. I am delighted to see that someone else feel the same way. Take a look at Chanel ready to wear S/S 12. The sea has come alive indeed.
An ultra-pure and elegant setting with white layers, a cave entrance/exit, glistening bubbles, pearly shells, stones, coral, and sealife. I adored the use of elements of the sea and its culture were used in such clever ways—but also with the pretty accessorizing for the show. Pearls were used to adorn the face and the hair, as well as how coral were used in the design of the jewelry, handbags and footwear… and lastly, that shells that were carried like clutches. I’m in love!
